With the Hobby and Profi models, the pressure build-up is realised by pumping with a pump rod. An integrated safety valve triggers automatically as soon as the admissible operating pressure is reached.

A mere push on the spray button ensures an even and constant mist, which can be regulated by turning the nozzle nut.

For a steady, adjustable flow of liquid without any fuss, our pressure sprayers are the tool you’ve been looking for. Ergonomic and durable, our pump sprayer is used both by professionals in the field and craftmakers at home. No matter the task, our pump sprayers are sure to please with features that make using and cleaning them a snap.

Illustration 1 and 2 The Vario can also be used for other applications: The work range with compressed air (min. 6 bar) can supply the required operating pressure via the Vario pump rod in 1 to 2 seconds.

The best is just about good enough for us with respect to the materials we use in production. Together with the highest-quality materials available on the market, we manufacture the metal components in the pressure sprayer exclusively of stainless steel grade V2A. A UV stabilizer is added to the natural colour pressure container to ensure the highest possible tension crack resistance.

Individual components like seals, springs, conical nipples etc. can be adapted to the respective application purpose. We convert your device for spraying acids, solvents and other chemicals to meet your demands. Rely on us to solve all your application problems.

Illustration 3 We produce our pump sprayers by means of computer-controlled system assembly. Our quality control system also uses state of the art technologies. After a leak and safety valve test, each device is marked with an engraved device test number. We archive this data in the interest of your and our safety (Product Liability Law).

Illustration 4 However, we still perform a final manual test on the pressure sprayers because for us, nothing is as important as the quality of our products.

Illustration 5 An additional safety advantage for you and your customers: For a minimal extra charge, we can equip each pump sprayer with a safety button to protect it from accidental use. The device can be completely disassembled.
