Data processing on this website

General information

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website as well as our contents and services.

This website uses TLS encryption to protect confidential content such as e.g. personal data. This encrypts all data traffic between the user's browser and the provider of the website (web hosting provider) which can thus not be read by third parties.

The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. This requires storage of the user’s IP address for the duration of the session.

The data are stored in log files to ensure the security of the information technology systems. The IP address or the host name of the user will exclusively be stored anonymised.

Access to log files

The provider of the website (web hosting provider) and the person responsible can access these internal log files via download in the protected customer area of the web hosting provider.

Duration of storage

Log files are deleted after six weeks.

Every time a user accesses this website and every time a file is retrieved, access data are stored in a log file on the web server. The following data are collected in this connection:

The processing of the personal data of the transmitted contact form serves solely to process the establishment of contact and to answer the inquiry.

The legal basis for processing the data is Section 6, Subpara. 1 a GDPR, provided users have given their consent.

Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required to achieve the purpose of their collection. This is the case as soon as the conversation with the user has ended or the enquiry has been answered.

Right of objection

Users have the possibility to revoke their consent to the processing of personal data

at any time. All personal data stored in the course of contacting us will be

deleted in this case. An informal message via e-mail to info-neusaess@klaeger-plastik.de is sufficient in this case.

Google Analytics

This website uses functions of Google Analytics of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

With certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI, Google guarantees that EU data protection regulations are also observed when processing data in the USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The cookie-generated information about the use of the online offer by users is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate the use of our online offer by users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this online offer and the use of the Internet. In the process, pseudonymous user profiles can be created using the processed data.

We use Google Analytics only with activated IP anonymisation. This means that Google will truncate the IP address of users within European Union member states or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will complete IP addresses be transmitted to Google servers in the USA and truncated there.

Rights of affected persons

If your personal data are processed, you are affected in the sense of the GDPR and have the following rights vis-à-vis the responsible entity:

Right to information

You have the right to receive information about the purpose, categories, recipients, duration of storage and origin of your personal data free of charge. You also have the right to request information as to whether your personal data are transferred to third countries or international organisations.  

Right to correction

You have a right of correction and/or completion vis-à-vis the responsible entity if the personal data processed concerning you are incorrect or incomplete. The responsible entity shall make the correction without delay.

Right to limitation of processing

You may request processing to be restricted in accordance with the conditions laid down in Section 18 of the GDPR.

Right to erasure

You may request that the personal data relating to you are deleted immediately and the responsible entity is obliged to delete these data without delay, provided there is a reason in accordance with Section 17 GDPR and the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or reasons for asserting, exercising and defending legal claims do not restrict the right to deletion.
