The Kläger Group introduces its new commercial director

Professional career and expertise – André Droescher

Following his apprenticeship (1990 to 1992) as a bank clerk at Fürst Fugger Bank in Augsburg, André Droescher continued to work there as a corporate client manager. He completed extra-occupational qualifications in bank management and in business and commercial banking. He worked at Augusta Bank eG Raiffeisen Volksbank from 1998 to 2005, initially as a corporate client manager and then as the head of the corporate client department. In July 2005 he changed industries and became responsible for the fields of finance, controlling and IT at Ludo Fact GmbH. From 2008 to the end of 2020, André Droescher was the CFO at Ludo Fact GmbH, and was also head of corporate control (in the games and logistics, assets and renewable energy divisions). His range of duties included overseeing the commercial side of company acquisitions and their integration into the corporate accounting system.

Planning ahead for the successor in the Kläger management team

He is a real financial expert with many years of experience, and shares our philosophy of how to run a modern business and manage our staff. This makes him the ideal person to fill this role, as someone both with experience of managing people and with commercial know-how.”

I am delighted to contribute my expertise in the fields of finance and the digitalisation of commercial processes along the path to Industry 4.0. During my 15 years at the Ludo Fact Group I was responsible for the introduction of two ERPs. Overall, I have more than 20 years of management experience.”
